Rachel Mansfield's considerable leadership and industry experience position her well to lead OsecoElfab into its next phase of growth.

OsecoElfab has appointed Rachel Mansfield as Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026. She succeeds Steve Gallo, who is retiring after five years of leading OsecoElfab through a period of strong growth.
Rachel brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership, transformation, and operational excellence to OsecoElfab. She has held senior roles across complex, global businesses, aligning strategy, structure, and people to deliver sustainable results. With a background in Chemical and Process Engineering, and experience across oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial technology, Rachel is well positioned to lead OsecoElfab into its next phase of growth.
Speaking of the transition, Steve Gallo said: “It has been my great honor to lead OsecoElfab for Halma over the past five years. The business has grown and developed over that time, and is ready for Rachel’s skilled hands to take it on to future success. I wish her and the team all the best."
Rachel will support the Board in shaping strategic direction, strengthening performance, and enabling long-term growth, with a focus on empowering people and building a resilient, future-ready organization.
The team at OE would like to thank Steve for his contributions to OsecoElfab and our parent company Halma, and welcome Rachel to the business.
